Jsevenkicks is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
9. LOST, STOLEN OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
Customers should promptly review tracking information and delivery updates provided by the shipping carrier.
If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the applicable shipping carrier and email Jsevenkicks@yahoo.com so the situation can be reviewed.
Jsevenkicks will reasonably assist with eligible shipping claims when appropriate, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
